Welcome to Laguna Street Public School, where we are committed to providing a vibrant and engaging learning environment for every child. At Laguna Street, we believe in nurturing and challenging our students to achieve their personal best across all aspects of their education. Our passionate and dedicated staff prioritise strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love of lifelong learning that will equip students for success in an ever-changing world.
We offer a wide range of opportunities beyond the classroom, enabling students to shine in debating, public speaking, STEM, sports, and the arts. We celebrate the rich diversity within our community, recognising the unique interests, backgrounds, and needs of every student. Our teachers are committed to ongoing professional development and employ data-informed practices to support each learner’s growth.
A strong partnership with families and our active Parents & Citizens (P&C) association underpins our welcoming and supportive school culture. Staff, parents, and students collaborate to create an environment where every child feels valued, confident, and inspired to succeed—not only academically, but also as community-minded leaders. From Kindergarten to Year 6, we are proud of our school’s achievements and reputation, and look forward to helping each student flourish at Laguna Street Public School.
